My new adventure,,,,

So 3 days ago I started my Turbo Jam work outs and so far, I absolutely LOVE it! Just in case you don't know what turbo jam is, it is a fusion workout of kickboxing, dance, and martial arts. It is VERY high energy workout and I have 7 of them!!!

I think it's safe to say that my new idol is Chalene Johnson. She is such a down to earth person and she makes working out FUN and I actually can't WAIT to do it every day! I am also using Shakeology as a supplement and it tastes GREAT as well! And if you're reading this, you should know what Shakeology is because I am CONSTANTLY talking about it!

Also, yesterday I got accepted to SAC (San Antonio College) to get my Early Childhood Development Degree, and i am WAY excited about that as well!!! All I gotta do is get them my transcripts and get my financial aide in order and I'm set to go!

I am SO ready to get my life back in order and change it for the better!!!

Wedding News!

Okay so I have some great wedding news, but first let me tell you why it's great.
For a while we didn't think we were going to be able to actually HAVE a wedding because of finances and other personal reasons, but now, we ARE and I am SO excited! I have been so tand-offish to even start doing ANY planning becaue of it, but now I am in FULL WEDDING MODE! :)
And we have officially come up with our wedding party, and we are very happy with it!
Here's how our wedding party is! Oh, and yes I have a Matron of Honor AND a maid of honor! And I feel so blessed to have thses 2 people in my life that I get to share these wonderful memories with!

Shane is currently active in the military so if he is not able to be at the wedding Tanner's brother Jremy will take his place as the last groomsmen :)

That's 20 people in our wedding party and I am OH SO excited!

And we are no longer having the wedding at Boulder Springs. As much as I would love to have it there, it's just out of our price range, which is okay. So, we aren't sure which church we want the ceremony in yet but we know for sure that we will be having our reception at the Seguin KC (Knights of Columbus) Hall. They have given me a great price that includes everything we need, so we are very happy with our decision. We have also already chosen the caterer and lets just say we are getting full blown brisket and sausage plates with the works for $6 per plate! That is a GREAT deal! :) (Thanks to ms Chelsey Bloch (Schwartzkopf) for that suggestion!

For right now that's all we have, but that's a lot! And the wedding is still a year away, but this year will be up before we know it!

SERIOUSLY!?

Alright, So we had an interesting night at cowboy's Thursday night, and in this blog I'm going to be completely blunt, I'm going to say names and I'm going to say what I think, so if you're going to judge me and tell me that I'm being immature, and stooping their level and blah blah blah, then you need not to read on because everyone needs to vent, and this is how I do mine! Thanks!

So Thursday night, Tanner and I went out to Cowboys with a bunch of friends, and we were having an absolutely GREAT night! We were all dancing, and having fun and laughing and it was just perfect, until *pause for dramatic effect* .......


We see Dustin and his little white trash clan there, oh lord. Whatever, we weren't bothering them and they weren't bothering us so it wasn't really that big of a deal. We just hate being around them because of how immature they act and they get TOO drunk and they all drink WAY too much and it's just ridiculous.

Anyways, I go to the bathroom to fix my make-up and who is in there, Dustin's new girlfriend. And she's talking about ".....that asshole...." blah, blah, blah.....and I just couldn't help myself, so I asked her "Are you talking about Dustin??" and she of course said yes and with-out even thinking, guess what popped out of my mouth..??

"Oh honey, he's gonna be like that through the WHOLE relationship, so good luck!"

...and I walked out....

I go sit down by Tanner and she walks up to us and apparently her and Tanner kind of know each other and they were talking and all the sudden she looks at me and says:
"Yea, Dustin said you and him danced a couple Thursday's ago...."
and I was like "uh, Dustin said what, say WHAT!!!!????"

Ha okay lets get this straight, the last time I was at cowboys I was with Jessica, her family and our friends for her BIRTHDAY and no one danced with ANYONE besides each other and we stood in the corner the whole time just minding our business and having a good time by ourselves...

I looked at her and said "I did NOT dance with Dustin!!" and Thank god I had to of my friends standing there to back me up because Tanner got extremely upset but then he got over it because she said "Well Dustin said...." and that's how everyone knows when it's a lie....if it comes out of Dustin's mouth...it's not the truth.....

So I just don't want to be there anymore, and I was tired and I wanted to go pick up Dakota so I told Tanner I was walking outside to get my stuff so we can leave, and I get outside and Tanner starts txting me saying that some crap is getting started because Dustin got butt-hurt about something (probably because he saw his girlfriend talking to us...) and then...
MEGAN (Tanner's ex) walks up to tanner and starts trying to TALK to him!!

Oh as soon as he said that to me, I booked it right back inside Cowboys ready to beat her ever living ass... but Tanner met me at the door so we went home...

But why in the FUCK would you walk up to MY fiance and start talking to him!!?? She walked up to him and said "hey, don't you have a fiance???" and kept poking him in the back and just bothering him.....

Seriously, honey, I'm sorry you can't keep a man of your own but you most definitely need to stay off mine. I'm sorry no one wants you, but that's what happens when you parade yourself around like a slut and jump from guy, to guy after you get engaged to them all. =)

Sometimes I just need a break......

So yesterday afternoon was an emotional roller coaster for me...
Dakota ended up getting sick and we had to take him to the doctor early Thursday morning, and he got antibiotics and we bought him a whole bunch of other things to help him get better. Well today he is running around like nothing was ever wrong with him. The fever, the cough, the stuffiness, is completely gone. He is still taking his medicine though =)
Well yesterday, I had all planned out. Go to the fair parade with the family, eat lunch with the family, meet Tanner to get the money to do the things I needed to get done, drop Dakota off at my moms, go run my errands, pick dakota up and go home. Well this is how yesterday happened for me:
Woke up and went to the fair parade with the family, which was tons of fun! Then we all went to lunch which was great also. Well Tanner ended up getting sent on every single call and when I was supposed to meet him he was on the FAR side of San Antonio, so that frustrated me. So I called my mom and asked if I could just borrow the money from her and dad and I would just give them the money when I got back because at some point in time I was going to have to meet tanner anyways. So I head over to my parent's house, thinking everything is okay, but what happens when I get in the door, I start getting yelled at by my dad...... *sigh*
He starts telling me that I need to start worrying about Dakota more and stop worrying about other things because that's the reason why he's probably sick in the first place.

Way to make me feel like a bad mother, dad! Thanks a lot!

Geeze, I don't think I have ever had my dad tell me that I'm doing a good job with Dakota. Even though I'm the one who stays home with him all day, every day taking care of him and he hasn't even been sick ONCE until NOW because the weather is changing and it's getting colder and there's a bad stomach virus going around. I don't think ANYONE in my family has EVERY told me that I'm doing a good job with Dakota. But when something BAD happens, they sure do all notice THAT and make me feel like shit for the BAD.

Sometimes parent's, especially young parent's like me, need to be told their doing a good job. And what's bad is that I KNOW I'm doing a good job with Dakota. There are so many parent's out there who treat their children terrible, and abuse them all sorts of things.
I don't know, maybe I just took it to heart to much. But sometimes I just need a break...
Besides Tanner, I'm doing this all by myself. And it sucks when my friends tell me "....oh, my child is spending the weekend with their grandparents..." or "....their going with their dad for the weekend...." Why can't I ever get a break like that?? Why doesn't my sons biological father want ANYTHING to do with him? I don't see how Dustin can go without seeing Dakota every day. If I were in his shoes, I would take Dakota any chance I GOT! I wouldn't care WHAT I had planned. That is MY CHILD!
Besides Tanner, I don't get any help with Dakota besides the every now and then my mom can babysit because her and my dad have their own problems going on right now.

I Love Dakota more than anything in this world, but sometimes parent's need a break to just relax, and enjoy some quiet time. Tanner and I already don't get to spend any time together as it is because we are always having something to do, and by the time we get home we have to take care of Dakota and make sure everything he needs he has. Like dinner, a bath, play time, story time, change his diaper and then bed and then we are so tired we just go to bed ourselves.

But tonight Tanner and I are going to the fair to see Kevin Fowler in concert so hopefully I'll get that tiny bit of a break that I'm hoping for.........

So, Tanner started his new work schedule today. He will be working 2 days on and 2 days off. So I guess we will see how this goes.

So I'm excited because Halloween is this month Halloween is by far my favorite holiday!! Everyone gets to dress up, and you get to scare people and go to haunted houses and it's just tons of fun.
So this year, Tanner and I have decided to have a Halloween Party here at the apartment and I am way excited about it =) We plan on taking Dakota trick-or-treating before then, and since our Halloween party will be kid friendly, Dakota will have some friends to play with! I'm still not sure what Dakota is going to be yet, though.
I've decided I'm going to be Flo from the Progressive commercials =) Isn't that awesome!? I can't wait to see how my costume turns out!

Alright, I realized I haven't written a blog in a long time, and I think it's about time. So here is one thing that has happened since I last wrote:

lets talk about Dustin. Oh, Dustin. What a pain in my ass. I believe everyone will get what's coming to them and I believe he may have gotten some of his bad karma. He called me about 2 weeks ago and the first thing out of his mouth is "..can I come see you..." and I'm like really....wtf??
Anyways....long story short, lets just say he was saying some very inappropriate things to me that he SHOULDN'T be saying.
Well, if MY boyfriend was saying things like that to another girl, especially his ex-wife I would most definitely want someone to tell me. So that's what I did. I told his girlfriend, Holly. Whom is so sweet and deserves SO much better, by the way. Well anyways, I told her and apparently that was his 3rd strike, so she broke up with him. GOOD JOB, GIRL!
Well in a previous blog I wrote that Dustin had FINALLY been taking Dakota on his weekends and that I was hoping things were going to get better...well guess what? Ever since him and Holly broke up, NO ONE in that family has called or ANYTHING about Dakota. Dustin stopped taking him on his weekends, and he doesn't even CALL to ASK about him, and I think that is way shitty and it really frustrates the hell out of me! AND (Oh yes, there's more!!) He apparently lost ANOTHER job, and I am no longer receiving child support. Which is a good, and bad thing. Bad, because child support is for Dakota and stuff he needs. Good, because if he gets far enough behind...well lets just say I won't have to worry about Dakota having to go with him ever again :)

Just an update!

Hey guys! I haven't been on here in a few days so I just thought I would give a little update.
So for the past 3 days I have been babysitting one of my good friend's 2 kids and it has been the best time! Lane and Dylan have had the best time playing with Dakota. I kind of want them to come back every week =) They are great kids!

Well my dad had surgery yesterday. He had to get 2 discs fixed in his neck/back and is going to be in a neck brace for almost 2 months. He is in a lot of pain, but I guess it's nothing morphine can't fix! haha! 

My best friend had her baby on the 28th and what's really cool was that Brentley was born on 8/28 AT 8:28. Now how often does THAT happen. It's REALLY cool because this Sunday is her baby shower and Brentley is going to be there =)

Well I am now officially a Scentsy Consultant :) I love it already and I haven't even had a party yet! Haha
